Delivery and Shipping
UK Shipping:
Parcels weighing less than 2.5kg: Royal Mail First Class dispatched within 24 hours of order.
Parcels weighing more than 2.5kg: DHL 48 Hour or Parcel line dispatched within 24 hours of order.
Overseas Shipping:
Due to extremely high shipping cost we will only post / mail parcels weighing less than 1kg (apart from multiple game orders) out with the UK.
Delivery will be via Air Mail we cannot guarantee delivery times, as delivery is out with our control systems. Delays may be due to your Countries Customs Policies.
Our Delivery Guidelines and Promise’s are listed below:
- In Stock Are usually dispatched within 24 hours of your order being placed
- On Order Are usually dispatched within 5 working days of your order being placed
- Pre-Order Will be dispatched to you on, by or 24 hours from the release date (we can only guarantee delivery by the release date within the UK mainland)
- Temporarily out of Stock Order now and we’ll deliver as soon as stock becomes available. You will be e-mailed with an estimated delivery date as soon as we have more information.
- Playseats and Playseat Accessories Are usually delivered within 3 working days of your order being placed. We cannot guarantee delivery times for these items as they are dispatched directly from our supplier.
Estimated Delivery Times
- After Dispatch date, between 1 and 4 working days for all UK mainland deliveries, although in some cases deliveries can take up to 7 working days, mainland Europe deliveries can take between 5 and 7 working days.
- International and Overseas orders can take upwards of 7 to 10 working days.
- If your order has not arrived within (10 working days to UK mainland and 15 working days to Europe and Overseas) after you receive an email from us, informing you that your order has been dispatched please contact our Customer Services team.
- If you are ordering multiple items, in certain circumstances an item may be out of stock, if this does happen it would normally be back in stock within 48 hours. If an item does not come back into stock within 72 hours from when you place your order, a member of our customer services team will contact you and advise when the item is expected and in certain circumstances we may offer an alternative replacement product.
