Pre-OrderGames.co.uk guarantee that
- All our products are NEW / SEALED and LICENSED for the UK market and not imported or counterfeit
- All Hardware and Accessories will be dispatched Boxed and sealed or Vacuum Packed
- Games will be dispatched Sealed and Film Packed
- Pre-Ordered items will be posted to arrive with you on the day of release if paid in full 5days prior to the release date if you live within the UK mainland
- We cannot fully guarantee RELEASE DATES as the publisher can and do change them for any reason and without any prior notice
- All Products will be dispatched on the same day if ordered before 10am (this only applies if your item is in stock)
- All orders, except Pre-Order can be cancelled for any reason within 7 days and receive a full refund, less Postage and Carriage fees. Pre-Ordered Titles levy the 10% deposit due to admin and operational costs.
- Any faulty or damaged product apart from games cases can be returned for refund or exchange as long as they adhere to our returns policy.
