Return Policy
PLEASE contact us via returns@pre-ordergames.co.uk about any faulty items BEFORE sending them back to us for refund or replacement. You will be issued a Returns Reference number. All faulty goods will be tested and checked that they have not been tampered with or scratched before any refund or replacement will be released. All refunds will be paid less Postage and Carriage Fees.
We will not refund or replace for damage caused in transit to game cases, as this is out with or control. If you have opted for Postal Insurance, you may be able to request a refund on damage from the Carriage/Shipping Provider(s).
- Any software may be returned for a full refund, (less postage and carriage fees) or exchanged within 7 days of the despatch date, providing that the case seal remains unbroken, and the item can be sold again.
- Faulty software where the seal has been broken may be returned up to 7 days after the despatch date.
- Hardware or peripherals may be opened for the purpose of inspection (but not used) and may be returned for refund (less postage and carriage fees) or exchange within 28 days of the despatch date. Please note that hardware must contain every component part (cables, memory sticks etc.) before it can be accepted as a return.
- Faulty hardware may be returned for a like-for-like exchange up to 28 days after the despatch date.
- Should any hardware be faulty after 28 days, contact us and we will send you details on how to get them fixed or replaced from the Manufacturer. Usually the Manufacturer will arrange delivery, pick up and replace your faulty hardware with a new product within the Manufacturer’s Warranty Period, usually 12 months unless stated otherwise.
- This does not affect your statutory rights.
